We have two customs warehouses with a size of almost 1500m2. At the customer's request, we will handle all transit documents, including documents for customs procedures. Our customs declarants are available 24 hours a day. We offer above-standard services in this area.

Logistics

With the help of our own or shared transport, we will arrange the transport of material within the entire European Union at favorable prices. We will deliver or pick up the goods in the time and quality you require. Cargo insurance is a matter of course.

We have extensive experience in controlling various types of materials and goods such as displays, touch panels, TV panels and more.

Functional inspection

Functional inspection is performed by professionally trained operators under the constant supervision of quality engineers, again in an ESD environment. At this stage, the products are connected to devices that meet the requirements for the quality of the inspected material or customer requirements

Visual inspection

This is a visual inspection of products using eyesight or gauges according to customer specifications. For these purposes, we have ESD production facilities audited regularly by independent auditors. Of course, there is a complete ESD equipment, including ionizers or technology as needed. We also have a number of high quality microscopes or other gauges.

Service consisting of 100% visual or functional inspection of parts according to customer needs. This service is performed in order to eliminate discrepancies in the supplier's products during deliveries that repeatedly do not meet the customer's requirements. The CSL2 procedure guarantees the end customer deliveries that are identical to his requirements, as well as technical support to the supplier in solving quality problems.

This is a service that consists of 100% visual or functional inspection of parts according to customer needs using control gauges or other technology. This service is performed in order to eliminate discrepancies in the supplier's products during deliveries that repeatedly do not meet the customer's requirements. The CSL2 procedure guarantees to the final customer deliveries that are identical to his requirements, as well as technical support to the supplier in solving quality problems that caused the non-conformity of deliveries.

Clean rooms

Our company owns several workplaces that meet ISO 5/6 for the cleanliness of the environment. Inlet and outlet air showers for material or operators guarantee the perfect cleanliness required by our customers. Cleaning of products with ionizing air guns is a matter of course at every inspection station. The premises are regularly audited by an independent cleanliness auditor.
